Breakfast consists of organic/biodynamic ingredients only. We serve fruit-juice, yoghurt and muesli, croissants and spelt-bread, boiled eggs (thanks to our own chickens), butter, cheese, honey and jam - practically all locally sourced, often straight from organic farms - plus tea and coffee.
